About the project
Pedro, founder of GarantiaLoc in Valinhos/SP, led a team overwhelmed by decentralized processes and rework.
🔍 Main Challenge Proposals took over 45 minutes to be created. The process was bureaucratic, manual, and decentralized, leading to errors, rework, and a lack of predictability

✅ Current flow analysis: I identified bottlenecks and friction points.
✅ Redesigning the experience: I removed unnecessary steps and reorganized information.
✅ Automation and integration: I connected the modules for properties, tenants, and co-signers to ensure fluidity and efficiency.
