About the project

Pedro, founder of GarantiaLoc in Valinhos/SP, led a team overwhelmed by decentralized processes and rework.

🔍 Main Challenge

Proposals took over 45 minutes to be created.

The process was bureaucratic, manual, and decentralized, leading to errors, rework, and a lack of predictability

🧠 My Role

✅ Current flow analysis: I identified bottlenecks and friction points.

✅ Redesigning the experience: I removed unnecessary steps and reorganized information.

✅ Automation and integration: I connected the modules for properties, tenants, and co-signers to ensure fluidity and efficiency.

Simplify and optimize the creation of proposals for brokers and assistants through a solution that eliminates barriers, centralizes information, and increases the team's agility.

✍️ Applied Strategy
I organized flows in ClickUp and prototyped in Figma for real user testing. The following are the pillars of the solution:

🧭 Information Architecture

Mapping the journey and structuring the modules based on real flows.

⚙️ Automation of flows

Elimination of rework by integrating data between properties, tenants, and correspondents.

💡 User Experience

Simple, intuitive, and responsive interface developed from active listening with brokers.
